Their CEO has also made some public appearances at several branches. In order to regain people’s trust, banks must approach its customers in a different way.There is a dreadful challenge facing the industry. In one of the polls, the percent of people who are against the integrity of bankers was much higher than those who were with. Some banks decided to further promote the changes they’ve already made; for instant to persuade people into acknowledging that they have a brand new management, and that they’ve changed the way they operate.
